The training programme of PICQUE will act at three different levels. The first one will address the technical formation of the young researchers on the technical aspects of their investigations; along with that, we distinguish a level of scientific formation, which extends the expertise of the researchers by exposing them to the wider range of disciplines present within the network, and in the hosting institutions. Finally, there will be a professional formation aiming at delivering those competences which will be vital for the full maturation of the profiles, and make their potential for innovation concrete. Each of these aspects will be taken care of, and addressed in the Personal Career Development Plans.
